Return and Exchange

We carefully check each order and package before shipping. However, should there be a need to return an item, we shall apply the appropriate process depending on the reason for return. Possible reasons are:

  • Received the wrong item
  • Damaged item
  • Other reasons

Received the Wrong Item
If we made a mistake and shipped you an item other that the one you ordered, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

To process a return,

  • Please contact us at support@shopsarisari.com within 3 days upon receipt of item and request a Return Authorization. Please provide your name, address and order number.
  • We will reply to your request and provide instructions for the return of the wrong item.
  • Upon receipt of the wrong item, we will make arrangements for the delivery of the new item.

Damaged Item
Despite the careful handling and packing of your order, damages can sometimes occur in transit.

To process a return,

  • Please contact us at support@shopsarisari.com within 3 days upon receipt of item. Ensure that all contents are saved, including packaging for carrier to investigate. We will submit a claim to the carrier for investigation.
  • We will immediately ship replacement items as soon as claim is resolved.

Other reasons
We will only accept items as long as it is in the original manufacturer packaging, / subject to approval of our Merchandising Department. If approved, we will give you options of store credit or exchange.

To process a return,

  • Please contact us at support@shopsarisari.com within 3 days upon receipt of item.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us within 10 business days at 710 S Myrtle Ave., Suite # 188, Monrovia CA 91016, United States. Shipping will be at your own cost.
  • We will process the store credit or exchange upon receipt and examination of the item.
